HIII FTSS Testing in PSA Model

This presentation will be on the validation of the ES2 and HIII50% FTSS dummies, by PSA. The presentation will be devided in two parts:

The first part will be on the partnership between Altair and FTSS and will feature the following topics:

  • FTSS dummies for Radioss
  • Presentation of the models
  • Dummy process elaboration and validation
  • Roadmap

The second part will feature the PSA validation phase, devided in the below listed points:

  • Elaboration of the confidence indicators
  • Zoom on the side impact
  • Elaboration of the confidence indicators for the ES2
  • Needs regarding the ES2 – confidence rating.
  • Rating of the FTSS ES2 dummy (PSA confidence indicators)
  • Comparison with the ES2 used today at PSA
  • Perspective for the FTSS HIII50% dummy.
