Abstract:
Eurocopter putting effort in strategic definitions of CAE-solutions also by consolidating
them in a central IM-structure and governance.
The report is showing the problems, process and solution to go in this directions on the
use case ALTAIR.
In the shown case a win/win/win/win (User, provider, IM, purchasing) solution has been
achieved, which is answering to the future and global demands, but also taken into
account the flexibility of the business and user-side.
